REFUND POLICY- THE BASICS
Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition as received with its original label intact. Delivery fees if applicable are non refundable. I
- Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchange fees are 200 EGP and refunds are for free.
